Lesson 2, A minor scale

Since I feel so excited as I had created my blog, here comes the second lesson, which is the A minor scale. Actually, C major scale and A minor scale are at the same position. The only different is the roots so pay attention to this.

------------------------------0-1-3-5-3-1-------------------------------------
-----------------------0-1-3--------------3-1-0-------------------------------
-------------------0-2----------------------------2-0-------------------------
-------------0-2-3-------------------------------------3-2-0------------------
-------0-2-3--------------------------------------------------3-2-0-----------
0-1-3----------------------------------------------------------------3-1-0----

bold character is the root of the scale which is A.

Try the below chord progression, and you should be able to see the different of the feeling for Major scale and Minor scale.

Chord Progression Example
Am->Dm->Am->E
Am->Dm->F->E

I think thats it for today, enjoy playing.
